Jackie Fukuya-Merkel is no stranger to the Japanese restaurant business. Her family owned and operated another Atlanta favorite sushi establishment, Sushi Huku, for 20+ years before selling it a couple of years ago.
In addition to running a catering company during those years, Jackie formulated her idea for the perfect sushi restaurant. She brings her experience with what she loved best about her families traditional establishment: great food and great people. And combines what she loves best about the finer things: beautiful dishes, custom furniture, fine fabrics and linens. All of this to create her own restaurant with a fitting name, Bishoku "Beautiful Dining".
Bishoku is located in Sandy Springs, GA in the Parkside Shopping Center (across from Lowes).

Take I-75 South to I-285 East. Exit I-285 at Roswell Rd. Turn left onto Roswell Rd.
From the Northeast
Take I-85 or GA-400 South to I-285 West. Exit I-285 at Roswell Rd. Turn right onto Roswell Rd.
