Jackie Fukuya-Merkel is no stranger to the Japanese restaurant business.  Jackie has been affiliated with her parents (Kimio and Kiyomi Fukuya) family owned and operated restaurant, Sushi Huku, since she was "knee high" and up until the Sushi Huku was sold in November 2007. 

Drawing upon her restaurant roots and the business acumen she has honed owning and operating her Japanese food catering business, Jackie formulated her vision for the perfect sushi restaurant.  She brings her experience with what she loved best about her families traditional establishment:  great food and great people, and combines this with what she admires most about the finer qualities that augment one's dining experience:  beautiful dishes, custom furniture, fine fabrics and linens.  All of this to create her own restaurant with a fitting name, Bishoku "Beautiful Dining".

Bishoku is located in Sandy Springs, Georgia, in the Parkside Shopping Center (adjacent to Whole Foods on Roswell Road).

From the Northwest
Take I-75 South to I-285 East.  Exit I-285 at Roswell Road.  Turn left onto Roswell Road. 

From the Northeast
Take I-85 or GA-400 South to I-285 West.  Exit I-285 at Roswell Road.  Turn right onto Roswell Road.
